That sounds like a Shibboleth issue. We're using PingFederate which is SAML but behaves a little differently.

I am not seeing this because I seem to be stuck in a loop and cannot get past the sign in page. After clicking Sign in, I type my institution in but just get back to the sign page!

One of our students reported to BUFVC that they were being required to register every time they log in. This, of course means that they are obliged to import their playlists, etc each time. I've been able to replicate this. Is anyone else seeing this issue?
