I was going to put them on a shared dropbox folder that you could all access, but my dean firmly warned me that I would get in trouble with the copyright police. Many thanks to all of you who have sent me individual copies of your articles and a special thanks to Claus Springborg for rounding them all up. As it turns out, getting free access via the publisher's website depends largely on where you are in the world and on the institution you're at. Some of us have only been able to access a couple of articles (like me), while others have been able to get them all. Since Elsevier is charging around $35 per article (ouch), do get and circulate them while you can. D.
