TractoR version 3.2.0 is now available. This version brings the ability to sample streamlines from PNT models, basic support for the BIDS session format, a new mechanism for interfacing to other software, and various improvements to existing functionality. As usual the full changelog has the details [1].



You can update your installation using “brew upgrade tractor” if you used Homebrew; otherwise there’s “tractor update”, or you can re-download from the web site [2] or GitHub [3].



You may find it useful to run “tractor list” after updating. The available scripts are now arranged by category, which might help with discovering functionality you aren’t aware of. There is also a new page on TractoR’s general tractography capabilities on the web site [4].
