Dear Alain,
Vgm means "volume gray matter" and Tgm "thickness gray matter" I have removed the latter with newer updates because it is based on voxel-wise thickness values and is rather confusing. The preferred method for thickness values tat from the surface-based processing. Thus, simply ignore the Tgm files.
Best,
Christian

For each atlas, I got multiple csv file. Specifically, I got file that end with Tgm (/wm/csf) and Vgm(/wm/csf) for each atlas. The value in these files are quite different and do not correlate (or show very low correlations) for the same ROI.
