Hi,
If you demean your input data (with -D in randomise) then you can create a simple GLM with just 2 EVs (one containing demeaned duration values and the other one containing demeaned test scores). Then the simple contrasts ([1 0] and [0 1]) will test for significantly relationships between duration or test scores, respectively.
