Hello everyone,
I wanted to run a higher-level analysis using the pre-threshold masking option in the post-stats of FEAT (in order to restrict my voxel-wise statistical tests to my ROI). However, this didn't work since I see voxels outside of the intended mask in the thresh_zstat-files and when I open the "mask.nii.gz" file in the Cope-directories, it assigns pretty much of the whole brain with the value 1 (in contrast to the mask I loaded in the pre-thresholding mask-field, which just assigns 1 to the ROI and 0 for all other voxels).
Anybody a clue where the error could be? Maybe I used a wrong mask format, but it appears the same space as the resulting mask.nii.gz, since I can both overlay in the Viewer, together with stats-images. I constructed the ROI mask using the Juelich Atlas provided by FSL and, as already mentioned, all voxels of my ROI also had the value 1 and all others 0. I can't really figure out what's wrong.
Thanks,
Stefan
