Neil Rathbone's Interpretation in a Digital Age is worth a look: lays
out the pluses and minuses of doing interpretation with tech, and
addresses lack of signal. Not written in gobbledegook, and can be
understood by non-tecchies. I got a review copy, and have since found it
very helpful.
