Dear All,
To celebrate the School's 21st birthday in Trinity College Dublin, we are inviting you all to a Maternity Care Research Symposium entitled: "Twenty-one years of research in maternity care - how far have we come?"
This will be held on Tuesday 27th February in the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Trinity College Dublin, 24 D'Olier St, Dublin, from 1 to 5 pm. Light refreshments will be provided during the symposium, and there is no charge.
Topics include: concealed pregnancy, postnatal maternal morbidity, managing pre-labour rupture of membranes at term, increasing VBAC rates, breast-feeding, perinatal palliative care, and frenotomy. A panel discussion will also be held to examine how research can assist the implementation of the National Maternity Strategy in Ireland.
