Quite simply - no.
You have already supplied this personal data in the emails which do have content.
If you wish to be ultra pedantic & cautious you could add "We also hold many other routine emails which contain your name and email address but no other personal data relating to you".
It is not the function of SAR to send me a copy of every email I wrote whilst working for X simply because it contains such details. And remember SAR gives no right to copies of documents as such - just the PD they contain.
