Subject: Maternity stats for England
Dear List members,
Just to introduce myself as a new member: I am Governance and Quality Lead with Neighbourhood Midwives (in the UK). Neighbourhood Midwives is a private provider of midwifery care and since November 2016 is an independent provider of NHS midwifery services in NE London. We have a contract with a CCG in NE London to provide continuity as per Better Births.
I am currently looking for (fairly) up to date maternity stats for England e.g. incl place of birth, type of birth and intervention rates. I’m not sure the best place to find this these days and would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
Many thanks,
Cathy Walton
