Dear Vicky,
You could try HTTrack (https://www.httrack.com/). I often use it to capture public websites, though I'm not sure how well it'll work for an intranet site. You'll need to provide your username/password credentials as a minimum, but may find that large sections can't be captured due to its dynamic structure.
If you just want to capture individual pages, a browser plugin like https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-page-downloader/ could be used.

Subject: web page capturing tools
Hello all,
I'm looking into saving web pages from our intranet before it gets moved onto a different publishing platform.
Does anyone have any tools they could recommend for doing this, or have any experiences to share?
Best regards,
Vicky Stretch
