Dear Experts,
I am hoping to find a resource/explanation that more definitively answers the following question:
We have a large fMRI data-set (~500 children/adolescents) and in a proportion (<15%) there is either a) no phase/magnitude image or b) the computed VDM impaired the pre-processing so was removed. Is it OK to still include these participants for whom realignment/unwarping was run without a fieldmap or are there justifiable grounds to exclude them? The other alternative (i.e. not including field maps in any participant for the sake of a few) also seems a little extreme.
Best wishes
Jack
