Due to the continued success of our statistical team, we are now seeking to appoint a new Lecturer in Medical Statistics.
The focus of this role will be to provide statistical expertise and collaborative support for clinical trials (particularly early phase) and research conducted within the KCL-GSTT BRC.

The statistics group is affiliated to the King’s Clinical Trials Unit and many trials are CTU-based.

Trials are funded through grants eg NIHR, MRC and through industry. The post holder will work with the clinical leads as the trial statistician under the oversight of the Reader in Medical Statistics. While the substantive role is for trials, all statistical staff contribute to small group teaching for the medical students and to statistical consultancy.
The selection process will include a panel interview and presentation.
