Dear Victoria,
thanks to Guillaume's suggestion from last week about merging surface meshes I have now also implemented the merging in CAT12 which makes statistical analysis hopefully somewhat easier. With CAT12 version > r1200 (http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/cat/) you can now merge both hemispheres if you "Resample & Smooth Surfaces" and the resampled surface is indicated with "mesh" instead of "lh" or "rh". Thus, only one single stat. analysis for both hemispheres is necessary. I have also updated all tools for visualization and also for Threshold-Free Cluster Enhancement (TFCE) which should now deal with merged meshes.
Best,
Christian
