Hi All,
this is going to be my first ever post to the list, so far I've just been lurking and reading! So exciting.
We are thinking of using Sconul/OCLS's Question Point for out of hours library support. Those of you who are using the service, what were the technical requirements your IT departments had to put in place in order for it to work?
After reading the OCLC materials it seems like the librarians on call would have to be able to log in to our system to be able to access all functionalities, so they would need a dummy library user account, as well as university guest log-in and password. Is this the setup you're using, or have you found other ways?
We are using OpenAthens for authentication, Prism for catalogue and EDS for journal search.
Many thanks in advance for all your comments and help!
