Dear all,
I’m using PALM with -corrmod and -corrcon for FWE correction.
(My data has 2 contrasts and 8 ICA maps.)
I want to know how corrmod and corrcon works for multiple comparison.
I read "Non-Parametric Combination and Related Permutation Tests for Neuroimaging” and understood it's not Bonferroni like correction but could not understand what they do instead of Bonferroni.
In my understanding, p-value of each modality is acquired by permutation and these p-values are somehow corrected for contrasts and maps.
Could you please help me to solve the questions about p-value corrections?
Thanks for the help in advance,
Kahori
