Hi Saad,
thank you for your suggestion,
but unfortunately the command is still not running correctly. An error occours:
swap_subjectwise -r .../vectorlist_directory_of_veclist.txt -f .../scalarlist_directory_of_scalist.txt -m .../brain_mask.nii -v
reading file names
reading data
Vector 1
subject 1
Vector 2
subject 1

Error: failed to open file swapped_.../F1/subject1_f1.nii.gz
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image swapped_.../F1/ subject1_f1
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type RBD_COMMON::BaseException
Abort trap: 6
Nevertheless it calculated two outputs named swapped_meandyads1.nii, swapped_meandyads2.nii. But when I check them in fsleyes they are not looking like subject1_dyad1 and subject1_dyad2 they look rather subject1_dyad1 vs subject2_dyad1. Additionally, they are not in the same space compared to the original data.
I tried it the way you suggest:
vectorlist_input.txt = List with the path to the 2 txt-files of each subject vectors
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/veclist1.txt
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/veclist2.txt
scalarlist_input.txt List with the path to the 2 txt-files of each subject scalars
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/scalist1.txt
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/scalist2.txt
veclist and scalist consist of the path of dydas, scalars , respectively.
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/D1/subject1_dyad1
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/D1/subject2_dyad1
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/D2/subject1_dyad2
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/D2/subject2_dyad2
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/F1/subject1_f1
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/F1/subject2_f1
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/F2/subject1_f2
.../processing/swap_subjectwise/mainfolder/F2/subject2_f2
My folder structure:
main folder:
including:
D1 D2 F1 F2
including:
subject1_dyad1 subject1_dyad2 subject1_f1 subject1_f2
subject2_dyad2 subject2_dyad2 subject2_f1 subject2_f2
Anybody have some further suggestions?
Thank you for your great support!
Cheers
Max
