Dear FSL users & experts,
I want to run a mixed 2*3 ANOVA using FSL. I have two factors. One within-subject factor is my task condition (3 levels: AllGo, GoBias, NoGoBias). The other between-subject factor is my group (2 groups: Younger Adults (YA) and Older Adults (OA), with 20 participants per group). Each person has 2 runs for each condition, so 6 runs in total per person. I followed the example on this site: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/GLM#ANOVA:_2-groups.2C_2-levels_per_subject_.282-way_Mixed_Effect_ANOVA.29.
Since my design is a little bit more complex (i.e., within-subject factor has 3 levels), I appreciate it if someone could help me take a look to see if it is correct.
Because I want to test overactivation in OA compared to YA, I coded -1 for the YA group and 1 for the OA group. I have posted my design matrix here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/80mspex2h7u5iqk/Question%20about%20ANOVA.docx?dl=0.
Many thanks in advance for your help!
Best,
Haoyun
