Thank you Saad for your help,
May I ask you another question? Sorry but I do really understand how to use the commands.
For swap_subjectwise it is said:
swap_subjectwise -r <ListOfListOfDyads> -f <ListOfListOfFsamples>[-m mask -b <obase>]
Compulsory arguments (You MUST set one or more of):
-m,--mask filename of brain mask
-r,--dyads list of list of dyads
-f,--fmean list of list of meanfsamples
What does ListofListofdyads mean? Is this input mean that I have to merge all dyads1 of all subjects together? Resp. all dyads2, fsamples? But how will it then compare dyad 1 with dyad 2?
In the case of swap_voxelwise:
swap_voxelwise -v <vectorsFileList> [-s <scalarsFileList> -b <outputBaseName> -m <mask>]
Compulsory arguments (You MUST set one or more of):
-v,--vectors vectors list (textfile)
-s,--scalars scalars list (textfile)
-m,--mask filename of brain mask or skeleton
What does the vectorlist and scalarlist mean? What files I have to take as input?
Sorry for asking all this.
Thank you
Cheers
Max
