Maybe a library search issue. If the system library on your previous Fedora installation was compatible then the problem may have been hidden. Probably your current system libssl is a later version and so the problem becomes obvious. You could play with the variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH to make sure that the version in the ccpnmr directory is found, or compile analysis from source like:
https://sites.google.com/site/ccpnwiki/Home/documentation/ccpnmr-analysis/howtos-1/centos-7-x-standard-installation
which will mean that you will use the system libraries and won't have these kind of issues.

Subject: Problem starting dataShifter2.4 / Error libssl.so.1.0.0
Dear all,
I have recently switched to Fedora 26 and by running dataShifter2.4 from
the bin folder
"./ccpnmr/bin/dataShifter2.4"
I get following error message
~/bin/ccpnmr/python2.7/bin/python2.7: error while loading shared
libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file
or directory
I checked for libssl.so.1.0.0 and it is located in the lib folder of the
ccpnmr directory
ccpnmr/lib/libssl.so.1.0.0
Analysis starts and works without any problems, it's just the
dataShifter that does not load. Any idea what is the problem?
Best wishes,
Timo Strohäker
