Hi Jun,
I've not tried Fedora 25 yet, and there are quite a lot of changes in that and later fedora releases that could possibly cause issues, in particular the default python being 3.x while analysis code is 2.x compatible. Make sure you have python 2.7 installed by
dnf install python27 python2-numpy tkinter-2.7
There may be other python2- packages that you need.
For the pre-compiled analysis code, your PYTHONPATH set within the analysis executable script should be fine, since numpy should be bundled with the precompiled version. However, make sure that the script calls python2.7, not plain python (which will likely get you v3.x).
For compiling your own, you should be able to roughly follow the instructions here:
https://sites.google.com/site/ccpnwiki/Home/documentation/ccpnmr-analysis/howtos-1/centos-7-x-standard-installation
except with the python27 etc packages as above and invoking the install script with python 2.7 like
python27 installCode.py
Let us know how you get on.

Subject: numpy module not recognized in analysis
Hi Colleagues,
I just installed ccpnmr 2.4.2 analysis by unpack the binary "analysis2.4.2_linux64.tgz" on Fedora 25 in a 64-bit PC. However, when I run analysis, it shows "Python NumPy module not installed or accessible", although I did install numpy separately (run python and import numpy just finely). I think maybe because the binary installation didn't update the path where numpy is installed, since "PYTHONPATH" only set to ".:${CCPNMR_TOP_DIR}/ccpnmr2.4/python" in "analysis2.4" script. I then tried to do an installation from source code, but it generates a lot of error. Is there an easy way to fix it? My tcl/tk is 8.6.6, numpy is 1.11.2.
By the way, will the PYTHONPATH setting overwrite all existing PYTHONPATH values since I believe this variable is used in other programs as well?
Thanks in advance.
