Dear Guillaume,
Thank you very much for the fast reply - I really appreciate it.
But maybe I should have asked my question in a different way:
I would like to extract an fMRI time-series which was only corrected
for patient motion and scanner drift. No other adjustments.
In order to obtain such a time series, I assume that I have to select
"don't adjust" and it shouldn't matter which F-contrast or T-contrast
I choose. Is that correct?
If not, what is the adjustment for?
Also: the units for the plot time series and the eigenvariate time series
are very different (-2 to +2, vs 130 to 180). What are the units indicating.
Finally, if I consider only one voxel (2 x 2 x 2 box), the plot and eigenvariate
time series extraction should be identical (especially if I select "don't adjust").
Thanks for your time!
Otto
