Hi Tracey,
We were advised last year that PSL was no longer freely available and could only be subscribed to. We have had access on this basis since 2016.
Best wishes,
Marie

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Lexis Nexis
Hi, we currently subscribe to Lexis Library and Nexis. We took over the subscription for Lexis Library this year from the faculty and have in the last month found out that part of what we had access to, Lexis PSL, was 'free' for last year. We have now been cut off from this and have been urgently trying to get a quote for it and to have it reinstated because our users have been using it in the last year and we have already had several queries about access.
Does anyone know whether PSL has been part of Lexis Library for more than a year?
Does anyone have a contact at Lexis since our rep Luke has promised us a quote last week which we have chased and still have not received one?
We also have not paid for Nexis for last year although we still have access. We have been requesting the invoice repeatedly and keep being promised it and it still isn't forthcoming. I know we are not the only University in this position.
Thank you in anticipation
