‘Demystifying mystery shopping’
The event will explore the practical application of mystery shopping within academic libraries. The programme will showcase a number of case studies that have used student, peer support and private company shoppers in order to review their service provision. The programme is set up to allow for networking and discussion in order to provide as much learning and sharing of best practices.
