Dear Dr Olszowy,
I highly appreciate your response.
Yest I meant the ticks. In my data the range for some images is 600-1200 and for others 250-400.
I am not sure how to extract these numbers, or if there is a way to pull this data from the DICOMs-tags directly!!
Thanks again
John
Dear John,
If you want to get a vector for that time series, you can use fslmeants in the terminal. fslview tells you the voxel coordinates, e.g. for voxel (79,70,9) you can run:
fslmeants -i scan_name.nii -c 79 70 9
However, if you want to obtain the y axis numbers at the ticks, then I would suggest checking the codes. The ticks in that window seem to be independent of the window size, so there might be an FSL function that chooses the ticks for a given range.
Best,
Wiktor Olszowy
