Hi Pat (and all)
Something I wrote with Tony Payne on the subject a few years ago can be
found at this link
<https://www.dropbox.com/s/odjkj7ex169pq0w/Bishop%20and%20Payne%20-%20Climate%20Change%20and%20the%20Future%20of%20Caribbean%20Development.pdf?dl=0>.
In all, this has been a horrifying few days, and I can't begin to imagine
what it's like for our friends suffering in the affected parts of the
region. Truly heartbreaking.
Best,
Matt
