Hi John,
Thanks for your reply.
When I use the "toolbox" button in the PET GUI, "oldNorm" is not an available option. In the spm12\toolbox directory there is a directory called "OldNorm" containing a pile of .m files and the old SPM8 normalisation templates (i.e.. for PET SPECT etc). I have a feeling I am missing something very simple....
Kevin

Just run it from the batch interface. It's available via tools->old normalise.
Best regards,

Hello,
I am one of the few remaining users of SPM for PET on earth!
The "normalise and write" function in SPM12 doesn't treat PET very well and I am trying to revert to "old normalise".
Rookie question, but can somebody give me a guide as to how to run this from the GUI? (I am a non-programmer, clinician researcher).
Many thanks,
Kevin
