Hi Dawn
I believe that if the other sites don't have the notes, any companies that close
down have to let the HSE have the notes.
Employees can have copies, but not the original notes.
As for shredding - in theory, I suppose they can be, however, it is 40 years
from the last entry. I'd be inclined to let the HSE have those too, if in
doubt.
