This is not an FSL question, but I thought members here could assist me as the issues I'm having may be linked to the algorithms used in the analysis.
I am curious as to why you would see significant decreases/increases in volume, but not see the same for grey matter thickness within a particular region? Additionally, is it odd to see increases in grey matter volume over time, with corresponding decreases in functional activation (within one particular region)? It seems odd to me, and I am wondering if this is a symptom of flawed analysis (or simply that the participant fell asleep during the latest scan).
Any input would be appreciated.
