Hello again,
(check below)
I am still trying to figure out why this error occurs. I am providing a repository with my files to replicate my error in:

Rodrigo
Hi All,
I am applying eddy_openmp (v.5.0.9) in >100 dwi images and in some cases I get a Segmentation violation. There is no output given to me other than the following (see below). Could anybody have some insights on what could be causing this fail?
Thanks,
Rodrigo
