Dear FSL experts,
I would like to perform structural covariance analysis (AKA source-based morphometry: SBM) using Melodic, as described in the following papers:
After running Melodic, I have two matrix files: melodic_mix and melodic_unmix. Which is the file containing each subject's loading for each structural networks and should be used for statistical analysis?
Thanks in advance,
Jun
