Hello,
To run FIX on Octave 4, can you try the following changes:
Change calls to “corrcoef" to “corr” in files:
featyretsjump.m
featuresagmasks.m
featuremotioncorrelation.m
Change calls to “median” to “nanmedian"
in
featureclusterdist.m
fix_1a_extract_features.m
and then try re-rerunning?
