Applications are invited for two postdoctoral research fellow positions to work on the project "Projections on eliminating Neglected Tropical Diseases (integrating mapping with modeling)".
The positions are part of a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded project to produce fine-scale spatial predictions for three Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs): lymphatic filariasis, ochocerciasis and Gambian human Africa trypanosomiasis. The predictions will be used to evaluate and refine spatially varying control strategies for these diseases in the drive towards elimination. The postholders will become a part of the Warwick-led Neglected Tropical Diseases modeling consortium and the world-renowned Department of Statistics at the University of Warwick.
Informal enquires can be addressed to Dr Simon Spencer ([log in to unmask]).
