Hi,
If your effective echo spacing is 0.83 milliseconds and your fieldmap is already perfectly registered to your functional space then this command is correct. However, we have found that we get much better results by using the script epi_reg, which also deals with the registration of the fieldmap. So I would strongly encourage you to try epi_reg and see if that fixes your problems.
