Hello,
Our lab has FSL downloaded on all 4 Macs, with atlasquery working fine before we reinstalled FSL last week on all of the computers. For context, 3 Macs are running OS X Yosemite (10.10.5) and 1 is running macOs Sierra (10.12.5).
When we run "atlasquery" on the terminal:
One mac running Yosemite and the mac running Sierra give the following error:
/usr/local/fsl/bin/atlasquery: Permission denied.
After running "sudo atlasquery", we get an error saying that the command was not found even though atlasquery is in that directory.
On another mac, we get the following error:
/Applications/fsl/bin/atlasquery: line 6: /usr/local/fsl/bin/atlasquery_bin: No such file or directory
Atlasquery is in that directory as well (not in atlasquery_bin, but in /fsl/bin).
On the last mac, we get the following error:
dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/libqt-mt.3.dylib
Referenced from: /Applications/fsl/bin/atlasquery
Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap: 5
Any help/direction would be appreciated. Thank you!
With all due respect,
Annah
