Dear Geon-Ho,
the TPM is used in CAT12 only for an initial segmentation and skull-stripping. The main segmentation inn CAT12 is done without TPM and personally I only recommend to create own TPM for children data. Thus, I wouldn't care too much about the use of the default TPM for your data.
