Hello all
We’re looking for a Data Governance and GDPR Expert for a 2 month contract in Stevenage.
This organisation wants to create a new data governance framework for the data held in its customer relationships management (CRM) and sales order processing systems to enable more efficient use of the data, clean out unwanted data and ensure it complies with the upcoming GDPR regulations. You’ll be defining a new framework covering data governance, GDPR, data policies and system requirements and then create a prioritised plan for implementation, with supporting processes and proposed data management structures. There is an existing body of information that will form your starting point.
We are looking for someone who has done this before, ideally in a multi-faceted organisation which has many streams to its business. You’ll have strong knowledge of data governance practices and information management as well as data relationships and quality standards. Demonstrable experience of creating data governance policies and procedures is essential as is knowledge of GDPR. This is a vital project and so you’ll need to bring excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills in order to gain consensus and engagement. In addition, if you have knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues around data governance and GDPR, do get in touch.
This is a two month temporary contract starting as soon as possible, based in Stevenage. Please get in touch with me or Suzanne at Sue Hill Recruitment on [log in to unmask] or call 020 7378 5459.
Best
