Senior Analyst / Associate Director - £Competitive Salary – Plus Benefits – Surrey
Your expert insight and consultancy skills are required for this client facing role, assisting in translating analytics into actionable business insight. The Research Consultancy who requires these skills has specialist business units covering FMCG & consumer, Utilities and Health sectors, providing a full service to their clients, where you will use all of your insight skills to make a real difference to their clients’ business.
Role and Responsibilities
• Create insightful and impactful data outputs and presentations
• Support the business in various processes
• Support proposal writing, attend presentations when required
• Develop the skills of more junior team members, mentoring where necessary
• Conduct accurate and effective analysis of data
• Interpret research findings and critically evaluate their implications
• Use specialist research techniques across a diverse range of markets.
• Ensure that all work related to a study is in line with project costings
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required.
• Educated to degree level in a numerate subject or an equivalent level of work experience
• Possess extensive experience of quantitative research, gained within either agency or client side environment.
• Great communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical parties
• Demonstrate Advanced Excel software skills coupled with a good standard of SPSS or similar statistical package software skills
• Throughout the project lifecycle, provide expert analytical skills
• Present results to clients in face-to-face meetings
• Experience in using advanced statistical techniques i.e correlation, regression, conjoint analysis, Bayesian modelling, brand mapping, decision trees and forecasting sales
