Hello SPM experts,
I am trying to design an ANOVA with repeated measures using PET studies. I have 3 groups of subjects (pre/initial state, post treatment at 3 months and post treatment at 6 months) and data of depresion for each subject and each timepoint. I would like see the effect of depresion in the evolution of the subjects. What would be the best way for do this? Would I put the depresion as covariate (it would be a ANCOVA) and do some kind of F test? (whether yes, what is the correct contrast matrix to see this effect?)
On the other hand, I have read it could be better use a external toolbox or software for doing this kind of analysis or calculate the difference images (timepoint2 - timepoint1 and timepoint3 - timepoint2) and do a two sample t-test with them and the covariate.
I am a little lost and I hope you can help me with some advises.
Best regards,
Jose
