You are welcome to join us for a coffee and tea while we will have the pleasure to learn about a special theatrical approach that draws from the areas of PHYSICAL THEATRE, ANTHROPOLOGICAL THEATRE, BUTOH DANCE, WORLD TRADITIONS, TRADITIONAL SINGING AND VOCAL EXPERIMENTATION with SPIRITUAL APPROACHES. In the context of the 2-day workshop “Transformations of Energy – Theatre of Connection” that will take place on the 11th and 12th of June at the Nursery Theatre, Stamatis Efstathiou, artistic director of the Atropos Theatre (http://atropostheatre.blogspot.gr/) introduces his work to the theatre lovers of London.

Stamatis will talk about the place of theatre in our era, for its significance in our lives and for his special approach and philosophy, the “Theatre of Connection”.
Theatre of Connection is a philosophical-spiritual approach that seeks the nascence of human existence through the research of the body, voice, co-existence...
For the last 8 years, Stamatis develops projects in many different parts of the world, seeking for ‘bridges’ connecting diverse cultures, the essence of human nature.
