The AHFAP Special Interest Group for Libraries and Archives is hosting an unconference style discussion day focused around digitising transparencies on Tuesday 15th August at Cambridge University Library. The day will enable digitisation practitioners to discuss, share and take forward current practise, including both curatorial and collection care perspectives.
Exact topics for the discussions are to be decided on the day depending on the interest of the attendees, to fit in with the unconference format. Presentations on their respective digitisation setups will be given by the National Library of Wales, John Rylands Library and Cambridge University Library.
More information and tickets (discount for AHFAP members) are available at: www.ahfap.org.uk/conferences/digitising-negatives/
Thanks,
Simon
