Are you a Customer Service Excellence Standard Holder, actively working towards it or even just thinking about it?
The annual meeting of JISCM@il CSE-STANDARD Group, supported by Customer Services Group UK, takes place on 29 June at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford. This is an ideal opportunity to network with others involved in CSE and hear and share best practice in achieving the Standard.

Time: 10.00 - 15.30
Cost: £25 per person
Coffee and networking at 10:00 will be followed by presentations from the University of Huddersfield’s Finance Department on how they engage their staff in CSE; from Anglia Ruskin University on experiencing CSE at institutional and local levels and from the University of Leeds on working with other departments to create a “Leeds customer standard”.
Lunch offers more opportunities to share experiences regardless of where you are on the journey to achieving CSE and also the chance to tour Anglia Ruskin University Library. In the afternoon we’ll hear from Queen’s University, Belfast on the impact of achieving CSE and from King’s College, London on their recent accreditation plus how CSGUK’s Value and Impact Group are hoping to support institutions applying for CSE. The day will close by 15:30.
