Dear Archith
This is not a standard Siemens scan output and you would better ask the people that have acquired the data to find out what the bvecs_image is. It may simply be that acquisitions have some slice angulation and bvecs_absolute are the nominal directions, while bvecs_image the directions after accounting for the slice angle? If this the case, you should use the latter for your analysis.
