A fundraising strategy is an essential tool if you are looking to diversify your income streams and Fundraising for Archives is offering a course on how to develop one for your archive service.
Developing a strategy enables you to step back and identify what you already have in place, additional funding streams you could consider, and the activities you'll need to undertake to meet your targets. Having a fundraising strategy in place is also an essential advocacy tool that you can utilise; in this course we will address aligning your strategy to the vision and aims of your parent organisation.
The course will further cover:
* Assessing your income options and sources
* Setting realistic income targets
* Resourcing your fundraising
* Addressing risk in your fundraising strategy
We are running this course in three different cities and you can reserve your place on one now:
