Subject: Framework opportunity for Licensing Consultants
Good Morning
We would like to inform you of a forthcoming tender opportunity from Jisc Services Ltd (JSL). JSL are looking to engage with experienced licensing and content negotiators and licensing analysts, who understand the various aspects of the HE, FE & Skills and academic scholarly communications environment and other sectors (e.g. cultural heritage i.e. museums), and who have the ability to work autonomously and independently.
JSL operates publicly as Jisc Collections; Jisc Collections undertakes ad hoc specialist licensing, negotiation, training and analysis for short-term projects and activity which falls outside our core remit, or for pieces of work that are intended to enhance or develop our core offering. Such work is always to support institutions, groups and consortia that support lifelong learning, education and research.
If you are interested in this opportunity, you can access further information and submit a tender via the e-tendering portal at https://tenders.jisc.ac.uk<https://tenders.jisc.ac.uk/>
Note: if your company is not already registered as a user of the e-tendering portal it is necessary first to register as a user of the portal. Once this registration is accepted by JSL, a username and password will be issued, and should be used for all future accesses to the portal. Note also that JSL will reject a bidder’s registration if there is already a registration on the portal for that supplier. Please remember also that this initial registration is not a registration for a particular contract, it is only the registration of the supplier on the e-tendering portal. When the username and password are received, it is necessary then to login and register interest in a specific contract.
Interested parties must access the e-tender and respond in accordance with the Statement of Requirements. We cannot accept a tender submission via any other means.
We anticipate publishing the full documents this week on the e-tender site, however we recommend that you register in advance.
Please direct all correspondence via [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
Kind Regards
Rachael Littlejohns
