Hi Govind,
Could you please send the output for
# cvmfs_config stat atlas-nightlies.cern.ch
and
# cvmfs_config stat sft.cern.ch
Also for
# cvmfs_config showconfig atlas-nightlies.cern.ch
and for
# cvmfs_config showconfig sft.cern.ch
You may want to check beforehand, but it shoudl have nothing private.
Cheers,
Catalin

hi Govind:
That's very odd - you shouldn't be getting whitelist verification issues on a cern.ch<http://cern.ch> repo (if you're successfully probing other *.cern.ch<http://cern.ch> repos).
Can you let me know which version of the cvmfs packages you have installed (all of them), and what the contents of /etc/cvmfs/keys/cern.ch<http://cern.ch> looks like?
Sam

Hi Steve,
We don't have these repos at RHUL as we have customised default.local

After adding the both in repository, it only showup sft but not atlas-nightlies

Some ATLAS jobs are failing at RHUL because the atlas-nightlies CVMFS repository isn’t configured. ATLAS also require the sft repository (along with atlas and atlas-condb). Govind was asking if anyone knew how to do it.
Yes. We see those repos. So we want to know if Govind's site is like ours. Govind - could you please go to your /etc/cvmfs directory and type these commands. Send me the output (taking out anything you think should be secret) and I'll check it.
# find . -type f -exec echo FILE: {} \; -exec cat {} \; > /tmp/t
Else try to figure it out from the important settings below, taken from here.
Is the atlas-nightlies and sft repositories available at other sites? You can easily check:
Yes. Those files are seen at Liverpool worker nodes.
ls /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/<http://sft.cern.ch/>
lcg
ls /cvmfs/atlas-nightlies.cern.ch/<http://atlas-nightlies.cern.ch/>
repo
