Hi Guillaume:
I run SPM12 (straight off the website) on macOS Sierra 10.12.3 and MATLAB 2017a on a MacPro 64G quad core.
Have run many hundreds of subjects through in multiple slice timing correction jobs on this setup without issue. I run slicetime jobs (and all types of SPM jobs for that matter) thru the batch using my own MATLAB scripts for setup and to call matlabbatch scripts for each job.
