Hi there,
This question is about an EEG dataset, where I conducted time-frequency analysis on data from Oz. I cannot access the data generated by spm_eeg_contrast. When I try to access it using spm_eeg_load and then selectdata, I get NaNs for each contrast. When I use the GUI I get the following error:
Error using axes
Bad property value found.
Object Name : axes
Property Name : 'YLim'
Values must be increasing and non-NaN.
Error in spm_eeg_review_uis (line 453)
D.PSD.handles.axes(i) = axes('Parent', D.PSD.handles.fra(i),...

D = spm_eeg_review_uis(D,object);

[D] = spm_eeg_review_switchDisplay(D);

I checked the step before - robust averaging. Oz is NOT marked as 'bad', and I can access the data fine. For example, I can see EEG data for conditions 1 and 2. But when I use the contrast tool to look at these, e.g. condition 1 [1 0 0 0 ...] or contrasting conditions 1 and 2 [1 -1 0 0 0 ...], the tool runs ok, I still get the above error messages.
There are quite a few bad trials in this dataset but less than 20% for Oz. One of the conditions has no surviving good trials, but this doesn't prevent me from seeing it in the robust averaged dataset and other conditions are not so badly affected.
Any thoughts would be welcome!
Deborah
