Greetings,
I have searched the archive and could find reference to the first level estimation failing due to a lack of significant voxels, but couldn't find reference to this kind of failure:

Failed: Model estimation

First level specification seems fine - the design matrix looks good and structures look good, from what I can tell.
The line that it is failing on is:
%-Get explicit mask(s)
%==========================================================================
mask = true(DIM);
for i = 1:numel(xM.VM)
if ~isfield(SPM.xVol,'G')
In my case, SPM does not have the xVol field. This is confusing to me because it seems that sum_spm.m, which calls spm_est_non_sphericity.m should actually be generating xVol. Perhaps I'm not following the code correctly?
Could someone please point me in the right direction to figuring out what's wrong here?
Thank you!
~Theresa
