Interesting!! We too are having problems with this and have been having the problem since September last year!!! Westlaw looked into it and informed us that is was because they use SAML1 and we are on SAML2 so we need to contact the UK Federation. Our Network Manager has discussed this with them but as yet we do not have a solution. We too have a work around but we shouldn't need one!! Hope someone out there has some words of wisdom....
